The Alchemy of Colour: Dynamic, Interactive Colour and Emotion - 20th Dec

Held in the intimate setting of White Box Gallery, Blackheath, this experiential workshop invites participants to explore colour-change paints within a psychodynamic art therapy context. As the paints shift colour with touch and temperature, participants witness transformation as a metaphor for emotional experience, opening dialogue between inner and outer experience.
The session includes access to Christa’s ChromaCalm web app, a digital tool for working intentionally with colour through guided meditation to map and use colour as a tool to transition between emotional states.
