Are you feeling drained, stressed or restless?
Maybe you have been spending way too much energy outwards and feel like you have lost the connection to yourself.
Where to begin?
We begin by showing up to ourselves, whether it’d be rolling out your yoga mat or pulling out your journal.. you have to start somewhere.
We want to guide you through an inspiring afternoon filled with heart opening conversations and authentic yogic practices.
We kick off with a gentle reflective check-in, where we unwind into the present moment and create an opportunity to embark on our inner journey.
We continue with a meditative yoga session aimed at cultivating our capacity to self heal from stress, lack of energy and an unhappy mind.
After creating a deep connection to our bodies, we follow with a group workshop to learn to tap into our inner trust.
What is inner trust?
Inner trust is the process of using your intuition to guide you on your path. It means to uncover what your values, needs and wants are so that you can feel your way through a life that represents your truest self.
All the knowledge you will learn in this group experience will empower you to bring it home to support your continuous expansion.
