ALL WELCOME!
Family Constellations shed light on the entanglements in our family systems which may be keeping us stuck in a destrutive energy pattern, while 5Rhythms help us to move our anger cleanly through and out of our bodies (staccato). They are a beautiful compliment to one another, and these two experienced facilitators hold a loving, honest space for this deep transformative work to unfold. Join us in Shiva's cosmic dance, in the beautiful calm and relaxing surroundings of Trealy Farm, (2.5 hours by train from Richmond to Newport where we can pick you up, 1 hour drive from `Bristol airport, 2.5 hour drive from Kingston upon Thames, or 20 minutes from Abergavenny train station. For details of lift shares contact Poppy)
In Hindu Mythology, one of the forms of Shiva is the God of destruction, clearing the path for new growth. In this two-day residential retreat, Poppy and Sherron guide you through the alchemical process which transmutes anger, by moving it through the body with a clean cutting energy. How do we express anger in a clean way, so it doesn't come out "sideways" and hurt those closest to us? Shiva has been worhipped for centuries as the Lord of the Dance, his dance symbolizes five aspects of divine activity encompassing the entire cosmos: creation, conservation, destrution, incarnation and liberation.
The retreat cost includes all meals ,(vegetarian with gluten free options), snacks, tea and coffee, Family Constellations sessions with Poppy Altmann, a horse constellations session with Ruth Tudor and 5 Rhythms sessions with Sherron St Clair.
