Why does it end up holding us back? Why do we overthink and second guess ourselves? Why do we sometimes feel sad or angry for no apparent reason? Why do we have crushing insecurites? Why does our mental health suffer? Learn about the source of the problem and how to overcome it so that you can be who you want to be.

This is a compeltely free and in-person event which is aimed at anyone of you who is curious about the mind and is interested in self-improvement and self-help. You can engage in a Q&A session with your lecture leader who will help to answer your questions.
