Our Cancellation (By The Antrim Rambler)
Full Refund/Transfer: If we must cancel a guided walk due to unsafe weather, guide illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Exclusion: We are not responsible for your incurred costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, personal injury insurance).
Your Cancellation (By The Customer)
Notice Required: All cancellations must be notified to us in writing (email).
Full Refund: Cancel more than 14 days before the walk.
No Refund: Cancel 14 days or less before the walk, or if you do not show up (no-shows).
Transfers & Rescheduling
Free Transfers: You can transfer your booking to another person or a different scheduled date for free, provided you give us at least 48 hours notice and the new date has availability.
Service Quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If you believe the service provided was below the standard of reasonable care and skill, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide a full or partial refund if a breach of contract is found under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
