How long does it take to activate my account?

Our office hours are from 9am-5pm GMT Monday-Friday. It may take up to 24 hours to check your status and activate your account. When your account is ready, you will receive an email from us with details to access the course. If you have any questions, please email Lexi - Lexi@apg.org.uk

What is in each section?

In each video Charlie covers an important idea or concept. He explains what it is, how and why it is used and gives examples from his own vast experience, or famous case histories that bring the point to life. At the end of every video there is a task. These are not compulsory.

No, we do not offer refunds once the course is purchased.

Do you have any free example videos I can watch?
