With over 27 years in senior leadership, SENDCo, and headship roles, Emma brings deep expertise in early education and inclusion. Working alongside leaders, teachers, practitioners, academics and policymakers within schools and MATS across England,

Her academic work, working on a PhD in educational play alongside her NPQEL, reflects a sustained commitment to research-informed practice and educational excellence from birth to the end of Key Stage 1. She supports leaders, teachers, and policymakers in understanding the ‘why’ behind practice and in developing sustainable, evidence-informed improvements that have a holistic impact and ‘just make sense’.
