Title: The art and science of CRQ: why practitioners must lead the change

Format: In-person. Up to 2 CPE for attendance.

Location: KPMG, 15 Canada Square, London E14 5GL

Synopsis:

Subtitle: A briefing for those shaping the future of cyber risk.

Cyber risk quantification (CRQ) is no longer a theoretical exercise, it’s a board-level imperative. Whilst the science gives us structure, it’s the practitioner’s judgement that makes CRQ useful in decision making.

Join us for a focused session exploring how leading organisations are embedding CRQ into their risk and investment decisions. We’ll unpack why practitioners are the key to making CRQ land, and how CRI is helping organisations move from abstract models to actionable insight.

Agenda

  • 8.00 am - Check - in
  • 8.30 am - Open for networking, coffees and teas, breakfast.
  • 9.30 am - Presentation
  • 11.00 am Close.

Key Takeaways:

  • A practical framework for embedding CRQ into your operating model
  • Lessons from the field – what works, what doesn’t, and why

We hope you can join us for what promises to be an informative session
