If you do you probably don’t need to spend three hours of your life on an Art of Being Brilliant workshop, but you’d love it.
For most of us life isn’t like that all of the time: it can be a bit fast moving and stressful. Our Art of Being Brilliant workshop is a three hour investment of your time if you would like to be the best version of you more often. It’s a practical, light hearted look at how you can be your best self at home and in work for more hours in the day, days in the week and weeks in the year. Because when you are the best version of you, life is easier, relationships are better and you are happier and healthier. Art of Being Brilliant is heavily grounded in the Science of Positive Psychology and Happiness, but is jargon light, easy to understand and most importantly easy to apply in your life.
