The Art Of Being Okay- When The World Feels Far From Okay.
Overview
Step into a sanctuary of calm with this soul-soothing retreat, where you’ll explore the quiet power of acceptance in a world that often feels uncertain. This immersive experience invites you to embrace radical acceptance—not as surrender, but as a gateway to peace and trust in life’s unfolding.
Through guided meditations, you’ll reflect on past transformations born from chaos and hardship, uncovering the resilience that carried you through.
A colour meditation will gently dissolve resistance to change, helping you reconnect with your inner stillness. Then, inspired by nature’s rhythms, you’ll turn your gaze toward the promise of spring. Using winter’s remnants—leaves, twigs, textures—you’ll create a painted scene that celebrates renewal, growth, and the beauty of change.
This retreat serves as a gentle reminder: even when the world feels off-kilter, there is a deeper harmony at play. Come soften, reflect, and create—because being okay is an art, and you’re already learning to master it.
