THE ART OF HER: A SANCTUARY FOR THE FEMININE
12 OCTOBER 2025 | THE LIGHTHOUSE, FULHAM, LONDON | 1.30–5PM
This month’s intention: Meeting Transition — Softening vs Resistance
As the season shifts from the outward fire of summer into the reflective embrace of autumn, we too are called inward.
This turning asks us to surrender more, feel more, tend to ourselves more, and love more. It whispers: how can I return to my soft power, my embodied self-trust, and rest gently in the arms of transition—honouring the multidimensional landscape that being a woman inherently is?
Just as the leaves fall back into the soil, we too are invited to let dissolve what no longer serves, preparing the fertile ground for what will gestate in winter.
The Art of Her is an initiation into that turning:
A sanctuary to slow down the body through somatic’s, to be held by sisterhood, and to remember the beauty of your own cycles through ritual.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This gathering is for the woman who longs to come home to her body, her wisdom, and her truth.
- For the courageous woman ready to embody her messy, magnificent humanness.
- For the woman who desires to be seen, heard, and witnessed in radical, intentional love.
- For the woman longing to soften her armour, unravel into her depths, and show up fully—for HERself and others.
- For the woman who wants to grow her capacity to feel all of life, all of love, and everything in between.
✨ Through ceremonial cacao, somatic and intuitive practices, relational de-armouring, and sacred circle, we gather at the altar of ourselves and one another—awakening the unbounded expression of the feminine.
