The Art Of Living Happiness Program in Redhill, Surrey where you can get an Experience of mix of Yoga, Breathing exercises, Meditation and Practical wisdom.

The central - piece of the Art of living Happiness program is a unique and profound breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya also known as the Healing Breath, a practical tool that restores body, mind and spirit into its natural rhythm of being.Most body toxins are released through the breath. After having released a substantial amount of emotional and physical stress your entire perception on life can be changed.

Along with Sudarshan Kriya, other powerful breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and interactive sessions (practical wisdom and processes to discover what in your life is working for you and what is not working for you) are part of the Happiness Program. You go home as a calm, relaxed, healthier, more knowledgeable, happier person with easy-to-use tools you can use to maintain these benefits for life.
