Explore how to cultivate an authentic experience of loving kindness through meditation. By opening our heart to others, we can solve many of our daily problems, improve our relationships with others and maintain a happy peaceful mind all the time. At present, our experience of real love is very limited and is often conditional- thus, most of our relationships with others, also serve as a source of much pain, anxiety and frustration. However, through training systematically in these timeless methods we can make all our encounters with others more satisfying and meaningful.
