Will I have the opportunity to talk about the relationship problems I’m facing in my workplace?

Accepted Answer

During part of the event, you will be working in small groups (3 or 4 per group) where you will have the opportunity to talk about your working relationships. Also, we have capped the number of participants, so that there is more opportunity for personalised discussion in the group as a whole.

If I talk about my own relationship problems at work, will it be kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

We will ask everyone to treat all personal conversations as confidential. Also, you won’t need to share the name of your organisation, nor your surname, unless you want to.

If I have questions after the session, can I contact the presenters?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all participants will have the right to book a 15 minute follow-up session, free of charge, with one of the presenters, to clarify points from the session.

We will share various resources that you can use as follow-up material.

Question 5

Can I share what I learn with my organisation/company?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are very welcome to share your learning with anyone in your organisation. We can also provide bespoke professional development for your organisation, if you wish.

How can I best prepare for the session?

Accepted Answer

It will be helpful for you to reflect on your relationships at work, especially your experiences of managing (or being managed by) people – what you find difficult or challenging and what you find positive.

How is the event different from a webinar?

Accepted Answer

It is different from a webinar in several ways:
o	the number of participants is kept low
o	participants will have the opportunity to discuss issues in detail both with other participants and with the presenters
o	participants can book a free 15-minute follow-up session with one of the presenters.
