About this event
Together we will bust some of the myths about mindfulness and look at the benefits developing a regular practice can offer you. Week by week we will learn how to develop our awareness of our bodies, breath, thoughts, and feelings. We will consider how to build resilience through self-compassion, and look at how we can respond to rather than react to the world around us.
The course we deliver is all about coming out of auto-pilot and learning how to better look after yourself with compassion, patience, and clarity. We will also be offering opportunities to practise our unique blend of creativity and mindfulness during the sessions.
There will also be time to get creative with a short activity in your journals which you can continue at home throughout the week. We'll give you a simple starting point and it will give you a chance to doodle while you unwind.
This six week course will take place in the beautiful orangerie in the gorgeous setting of Downham Hall located between Downham and Wickford.
Published price includes all booking fees, refreshments, a personal journal, folder, printed resources and audio files for you to practise with at home.
