The Art of Ruinart – A Decadent Dinner with the Oldest Champagne House
In collaboration with Ruinart Champagne, Bourne & Hollingsworth invites Londoners to join them for a truly magical evening. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Greenhouse in B&H Buildings, diners will be treated to a five course multi-sensory banquet paired with the finest wines from the oldest Champagne house in the world as they are guided through time, from the founding of the Maison in 1729 to today, when Ruinart is prized amongst connoisseurs the world over.
The Dom Ruinart range, named for the spiritual father of the House, represents the prestige cuvées of the house. Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a Grand Cru Chardonnay, predominantly from the Côte des Blancs (70%) and the remainder from the Montagne de Reims.
The five course menu, designed by Executive Chef Adam Gray, has been expertly crafted to bring out the best in the five rare Ruinart expressions.
