Event description

Description

Discover the Art of Running...

It’s all all about how to run with less effort and more ease for the results you want from your running - whether that’s further, faster or simply to experience the joy of running.

You’ll be given really simple ideas to move much more efficiently, to be more resilient and keep on running for years to come.

Runners of all abilities are welcome to come along. If you're new to running, Malcolm will help you improve more quickly and avoid injury. For the more experienced distance runner or triathlete, this will be a fast track to improve your performance. And if persistent or repeated injury is setting you back from training consistently, this workshop is definitely for you.

Using side-on freeze frame video you'll be given an individual analysis and guidance on what you need to work on to get the best results. The skills you'll learn will help you to focus on becoming a more resilient and better runner, and in the process running will become a much more rewarding experience.

Malcolm Balk is an internationally acclaimed Coach and Masters Runner, who brings energy and passion into teaching all runners, from beginners to competitive athletes, how to master “the Art of Running”.

Malcolm will be assisted by Susie Baker, an Art of Running Coach based in Bristol.

If you would like more information about this workshop contact Susie Baker on 07919 33 33 88 or email susannahbaker@btinternet.com
