Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

For some asking for help is really challenging, Once you have built up the courage to ask it can be devastating to hear the other person say no.

This can start a pattern of behaviour where you rarely ask for help and you rarely say no when others ask you.

As a direct result you can experience overwhelm and burnout which will prevent you from working, learning and living at your best with those that matter to your success and happiness.

One of the greatest challenges in life is saying no to the needs of someone else to meet the needs of yourself.

And yet the more I work with clients to gain clarity of what they want and the confidence to make it happen it would seem it is rarely possible to achieve our outcome and always say yes to the needs of others.

The art of saying no will be an interactive session where you will be invited to reflect on what works for you whilst listening to and exploring how differently we all say no. What are our drivers? What prevents us? And what happens when we master the art of saying no.

If you know you need to learn to say no and you are curious and open to learning from others. Please join us for this call.

If you know you struggle with others saying no this is also a call for you.

Whilst the call is free I am asking if you find value in the content will you please make a suggested donation of £15 my charity page http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/SherylAndrews
