During breakfast, while you enjoy our PurpleCarrot muesli and home-made bread, Pilar will talk about the need for snacking and how to choose the perfect snack for you and your family. We will discuss how to balance your snacks and give tips and ideas on what to grab on the go or carry with you to keep your energy levels up and avoid excess calories from sugary foods.
After breakfast and with the help of our experienced cooking team we will work together to make several deliciously healthy snacks that the whole family can enjoy: bites to carry in your handbag, healthy treats to keep in the freezer, snacks for picking up from school time.
Our snacks workshops are quite busy so we will prepare some snacks for you to enjoy at breakfast or take home together with the recipes, as well as the ones you will prepare yourself.
