The Art of Stillness is a 5-hour immersive winter workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and ground yourself through movement, creativity and sensory nourishment. This peaceful retreat weaves together gentle yoga, guided meditation, mindful art, natural crafting and aromatherapy—all supported by comforting nibbles and tea throughout the session. Step into a calming space where you can breathe deeply, create with intention, and explore the quiet within. No experience is needed; simply come as you are.

🧺 What You Will Need to Bring

  • A yoga mat (limited mats will be available, so please bring your own if you have one)
  • A water bottle
  • Warm clothes or a cosy blanket for meditation and relaxation

Food & Lunch Recommendation: We recommend eating lunch beforehand, as only light nibbles will be provided during the workshop.

Medical Form: After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a short medical and wellbeing form via email. Please complete this before the event to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Meg and Laura are collaborating to bring you a unique blend of mindful arts and yoga. Laura is a workshop facilitator with a background in textile design and mindful arts. She runs Crafting Conversations, encouraging self-expression and grounding through various art and textile-based techniques. Meg is a fully qualified yoga teacher, teaching both in-person and online classes. She is a passionate vinyasa teacher who believes in the transformative power of yoga for everyone, blending traditional yoga practices with wellness techniques to leave you feeling calm, restored, and balanced. She ensures that each class is accessible for students of all levels. Together, Meg and Laura are excited to welcome you and provide a grounding, memorable experience through The Art of Stillness.
