About this Event

These sessions will be delivered using ECHO (Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes) technology. ECHO is a recognised and secure teleconferencing method of delivery using ECHO Zoom software and will require delegates to simply click onto a link that will be sent to them via E mail to attend the session. The only requirement that delegates will need is a device that has a camera and microphone such as a computer, laptop, iPad, iPhone or smart phone.

The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) Academy is delighted to invite colleagues from health, social care and third sector, as well as patients and carers to its first ‘system’ wide Quality Improvement conference.

The LLR Academy is a team of dedicated health and social care representatives working together across the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) system to improve outcomes and experiences for our patients and employees, creating ‘more good days’.

2020 has been a year that has required us to think differently and to be truly innovative in our initiatives and service delivery. This conference, aptly named, The Art of the Possible aims to showcase exemplary quality improvement approaches and projects as well as offering delegates the opportunity to share best practice and to network with peers through a virtual platform.Much of this innovative delivery has led to lasting change for the better, in some cases improving engagement, increasing productivity and allowing us to embrace technology in a way that we were unable to before.

Designed with health and wellbeing at its core, this virtual conference is designed as a ‘tapas learning’ opportunity, allowing delegates to log into the sessions that interest them - and with zoom fatigue in mind, no one session will last for more than 50 minutes. We encourage our delegates to take breaks and to reflect on the learning outcomes from the sessions they attend.

The conference will:

• Showcase examples of excellence in times of pressure and adversity

• Provide access to globally renowned keynote speakers

• Present an opportunity to ask questions and to network with

• Allow delegates to learn more about the newly established QI network within LLR

Look at the human factors elements of improvement and explore the importance of psychological safety
