About this event

Food & Drink • Food

This hands-on experience covers the most fundamental of the Weald's ancient fermentations, including: apple pressing and cidermaking, mead blending and fermentation, vinegar making and woodland drinks. A delicious woodland lunch and refreshments will be provided.

This event is part of Care for the Carers Arts in Nature Project, with artist in residence Alison Cotton, and will be faciliated by hosts Francis and Pam Gimblett.

Thanks to our funders, the event is free of charge. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature through creativity with fellow carers. See you there!

Plenty of parking by the woodshed at https://w3w.co/thickened.flushed.truffles

Wear warm clothes and suitable footwear as we will be outdoors in the woods all day. It may be muddy! There are covered areas and a warm fire in the event of bad weather.
