About Rachel Bigsby:

Rachel Bigsby is a self-taught wildlife photographer with a deep affinity with seabirds. Guided by purpose, passion, and a profound dedication to her craft, she has forged her own path in the field. Drawing on years of independent research and hands-on voluntary conservation work, her imagery blends scientific insight with artistic depth, offering intimate glimpses into the lives of her subjects.

Her work has been recognised with the Natural Artistry Award in Wildlife Photographer of the Year (2023) and the Portfolio Award in Bird Photographer of the Year (2023). She serves as an ambassador for the RSPB and a Nikon Creator. Her photography has been published in the pages of National Geographic, New Scientist, and other leading publications.
