Feel calmer, clearer, and more present—the time is now. In five stand-alone sessions you’ll learn short breath resets, gentle movement, and low-pressure, hands-on art to release stress, unlock expression, and build confidence in your own process. No experience needed—just curiosity and basic art materials. Every class gives you simple techniques you can repeat at home or work. You’ll leave with a small toolkit you can use whenever you need clarity, calm, or fresh energy.

Sessions work best in order but can be mixed and matched to fit your week. Autumn term: two rounds of each session on Wednesdays 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am (London time) from October. Choose one date or collect all five. Limited spots.
