About this Event

Target Audience

This programme is intended for current or aspiring managers within a leadership role.

The Programme will be a mix of interactive online group calls and independent learning spread across four weeks.

The Aspiring Leaders - Leading a High Performance Culture, (HPC), programme is a transformational process that examines the role that culture plays in determining the effectiveness of the organisation. Utilising a world-class culture diagnostic tool, a common language is established and delegates are able to benchmark their own culture against the norms. The HPC process makes the inextricable link between their effectiveness as leaders and the embedding of that desired culture. However, the emphasis of the programme is not on understanding this research, but on applying it so that the mindset and behaviours of each leader can be aligned to the culture that would most likely increase the success of the whole.
