Vicky Stanton is a Business Success Coach, HR Consultant and the author and creator of ‘The Success Planner’, the ultimate planning tool for successful business owners.

After a very successful career in Human Resources, Vicky retrained and qualified as a Business and Personal Coach and now works with Women Business owners who are passionate about their business but know that they are capable of achieving so much more if they just knew how and believed they could!

She has a real passion for making the most of every minute of every day and helping her clients get unstuck, out of their own way and being the best version of them that they possibly can be.

They say you should have a business that you love so it doesn’t feel like work. That is why Vicky is thrilled to be the Regional Director for the Athena Network here in Nottingham. She loves nothing more than spending time with inspirational women business owners, connecting them with others and of course building relationships over lunch and coffee!

She is passionate about helping women in business be the best they can be and by supporting them to develop their skills, their confidence, their interpersonal skills and enjoy their business life whilst doing it.

Vicky delivers the Network Strategy training at all of our monthly meetings and loves to give members the opportunity to share their skills and knowledge with the other members in the room, in the Business Development training sessions of every monthly meeting.
