A four-part evening workshop series to reset, reconnect, and realign before the year draws to a close.These immersive two-hour workshops gently blend yoga, mindfulness, and practical coaching to offer a nourishing space for reflection and intentional growth. Whether you join us for one session or the full four-part series, each evening is designed to help you pause, reset your energy, and reconnect with what truly matters.As the seasons shift, these workshops offer a chance to reflect on how far you’ve come, release what no longer serves you, and regain clarity for the year's final months. We’ll move, breathe, reflect and journal, combining practical coaching tools with grounding somatic practices.Each month, we will explore a different theme to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and personal alignment. You’ll leave each session feeling more centred, calm, and empowered, with tools you can take into your daily life.

Monthly Themes

8th September: Reclaim Your Focus — Reset your nervous system, reflect on what matters, and set intentions for the final quarter of the year.

6th October: The Power of Boundaries — Honour your limits and learn how to set compassionate boundaries that support your wellbeing.

10th November: Self-Love & Emotional Resilience — Reconnect with your worth and build the inner strength to support yourself through change.

1st December: Visualise & Embody Your Future — A closing ritual to step into 2025 with clarity, confidence, and calm purpose.

This series is hosted by Lisa Ardley-Price (award-winning lawyer, coach and yoga teacher) and Dr Laureen Jacquet (GP with a special interest in lifestyle medicine and coach), co-founders of Channel Your Serenity.

No previous experience is needed — just bring a journal, a curious mind, and a willingness to slow down.

* Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the session as doors close and event begins at the start time. No latecomers will be admitted.

Channel Your Serenity

Lisa and Laureen created Channel Your Serenity in 2024 as a prescription for individuals to find community and get more fulfilment from their personal and professional lives whilst avoiding high stress, overwhelm and burn-out. CYS workshops are designed to help participants to carve-out space for self-reflection and renewal and also to equip them with practical tools to help them to align their personal and professional goals and values, feel more purposeful and set the boundaries needed to enable them to do this. Their unique holistic approach blends somatic work, mindfulness, meditation, and visualisation with practical coaching tools to help clients achieve a mind-body connection, reduce stress, and maintain high performance. Clients leave CYS session's not only feeling lighter and more empowered but also resourced with immediately actionable strategies to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and live out their lives to their fullest potential with clarity and serenity and are able to support others to do the same.

Lisa Ardley-Price

Lisa is a lawyer and award-winning coach and mentor with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and alongside that 10 years working in wellness. Lisa is a certified fitness instructor and yoga teacher who integrates movement and mindfulness with coaching and motivation to help her clients build mental and physical resilience, identify their purpose and unlock their fullest potential. As someone who has navigated and overcome adversity herself by developing a holistic toolkit of physical, mental and spiritual practices, Lisa is driven to serve and support others to do the same.

Dr Laureen Jacquet

Laureen is an NHS General Practitioner with a PhD in Stem Cell Research and a background in personal training. Alongside her clinical work, Laureen trained as a coach with the Flow Coaching Institute and guides clients to establish healthy boundaries, improve time management, and reclaim space for personal fulfilment.Laureen’s approach combines mindfulness, goal-setting, and actionable personal development exercises, creating a pathway to sustainable change. With her background in both medicine and fitness, Laureen recognises the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering a comprehensive and holistic coaching experience.
