Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Babies (0-24 months) and their siblings get in for free. You only need to purchase a ticket for each adult attending the event.

Will the music be too loud for my baby?

Accepted Answer

Your baby's safety and comfort is our top priority. We are parents too, and we get it! The music is kept at a safe, monitored level, much lower than a standard club night. It's loud enough for you to enjoy the tunes and feel the vibe, but perfectly safe for little ears.

Question 3

What if my baby cries or needs a quiet moment?

Accepted Answer

Please don't worry! You will be in a room full of parents, carers, and babies.  We have a dedicated chill-out zone away from the main dance floor where you can feed, soothe, or simply take a quiet five minutes.

Can I bring my toddler or an older child?

Out priority is and always will be to keep the environment safe and enjoyable for our tiny dancers aged 0-2yrs but after talking with parents we are happy for siblings  to join…we do ask parents to bear in mind that we are set up for babies - don’t think  playgroup but mini festival

Is there somewhere to park my pram/buggy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a designated "buggy park" area where you can leave your pram. Please be aware that items are left at your own risk. Many parents also find it easier to use a baby carrier or sling to be hands-free on the dance floor!

Question 6

Do I have to stay for the full three hours?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The event runs from 11am to 2pm, but it's designed as a drop-in session. You can arrive and leave whenever it suits you (and of course  your baby's nap schedule.)

Question 7

Will there be strobe lighting?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not use any strobe lighting. We use minimal lighting effects like disco balls and static coloured lights to create a fun atmosphere that is safe for everyone.

Question 8

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you find you can no longer attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend.
