The Bad Bitch Reset is a 6-week journey for women ready to reset, reconnect with themselves. It’s time to feel like you again, a you that feels more confident and can make changes in the next 6 weeks that will be manageable, and sustainable. We want you to help you make positive changes that you can stick to, and we are going to guide you through the how.
Led by two expert coaches with deep experience in mindset, wellbeing and neuroscience, this is your space to break old patterns, set authentic and achievable goals, and build lasting change.
Your Coaches:
Emilie West – Executive Coach + Wellbeing expert with experience coaching top performers. Specialising in wellbeing, mindset, and career coaching.
Julia Waters – Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and ex-Finance professional, helping women break free from burnout and build emotional resilience through science-backed tools and mindset work.
