This is not your standard exercise class. This is a workout for the mind and soul.
The Badass Principle is a way of thinking, feeling and being that will help you tackle the blockers, barriers and fears keeping you stuck where you are. New for 2017 we are getting physical too, this is mental resilience powered by fitness. If you need more downtime then the 8pm class is all about meditation and breathing.
Natalie Campbell and Dilmar Brito will lead the fitness class getting you to focus on what are you battling with that needs a badass kick.

What to wear: 6pm or 7pm class full gym kit. 8pm whatever you feel comfortable in.

THE BADASS PRINCIPLE IS RUN BY NATALIE CAMPBELL, ONE-THIRD OF THE 'BADASS WOMEN'S HOUR' SQUAD. NATALIE CAME UP WITH THE 12 BADASS PRINCIPLES AFTER YEARS OF WORKING THROUGH ALL OF THE CHALLENGES ABOVE - AND THEN SOME. SHE REALISED THAT THROUGH ALL OF THE CONFUSION, ASSUMPTIONS AND JUDGMENT, LIVING A GOOD LIFE IS QUITE SIMPLE BUT IT REQUIRES US TO BE MORE BADASS TO GET IT.
