This is not your standard exercise class. This is a workout for the mind and soul.
The Badass Principle is a way of thinking, feeling and being that will help you tackle the blockers, barriers and fears keeping you stuck where you are. This is mental resilience powered by fitness.
Natalie Campbell and Dilmar Brito will lead the Wednesday fitness class which includes a short jog into St.James's Park with HIIT along the way. We run, we kick, we stretch, we practice mindfulness.

What to wear: Full gym kit and waterproof clothing if it's raining.

THE BADASS PRINCIPLE IS RUN BY NATALIE CAMPBELL, ONE-THIRD OF THE 'BADASS WOMEN'S HOUR' SQUAD. NATALIE CAME UP WITH THE 12 BADASS PRINCIPLES AFTER YEARS OF WORKING THROUGH ALL OF THE CHALLENGES ABOVE - AND THEN SOME. SHE REALISED THAT THROUGH ALL OF THE CONFUSION, ASSUMPTIONS AND JUDGMENT, LIVING A GOOD LIFE IS QUITE SIMPLE BUT IT REQUIRES US TO BE MORE BADASS TO GET IT.
