Apple IDing

This course will introduce you to the basics of recognising different apple varieties.

The course will cover

  • Some apple history
  • How features like colour, size, shape, texture, and ripening time help distinguish one variety from another.
  • Identifying real apples, along with tips for further learning through books, websites, and visits to orchards.
