9D Breath work work combines elements of breath work hypnosis, and a unique blend of vibrations, sounds and frequencies. I will be channeling the gentle energy of Reiki for you while you are immersed in the groundbreaking Journey.

What to expect

I provide yoga mats, blankets to comfort your ego. You’ll be wearing 9D audio headsets & eye covers, so that it is both an individual and a collective experience. The audio will feature guidance from breath master, lead coach Brian Kelly. I will add live vocal guidance. We end in a sharing circle

Note: This breathing session may not be suitable for individuals with: cardiovascular problemshigh blood pressure, heart attackin 5 yrs,aneurysm,epilepsy orpast seizures, heavy medication usage,severepsychiatric symptoms,psychosis,paranoiaosteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, COPD.

If you have asthma, bring your inhaler and consult your physician and the instructor before participating. Email to have a call before the journey so you are mentally and physically prepared for the journey.
