Join them for an All-Nighter featuring Sudanese psychedelic funk band The Scorpios and The BGC DJ crew + friends at Well Seasoned Peckham.

The party features a live performance from London-based Sudanese band The Scorpios, who'll be serving up a set of funk and soul-infused afrobeat, melded with Arabic rhythms and guitar chops with a raw Eastern-funk feel. They dismantle cultural barriers in pursuit of a unifying rhythmic bliss. Heavy bass, synths, horns and percussions drive through traditional Sudanese forms to create a sound that owes as much to Detroit as it does to Khartoum.

The Beirut Groove Collective, the longest running all-vinyl DJ collective and clubnight in the SWANA region, will be spinning soul-fuelled clubbing records from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s from across the Middle-East, Africa and all around the world. Expect to hear pioneering, genre-forming and obscure records from Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan, Morocco, Libya, Ethiopia, Armenia, Kenya and all around the world – from Ethio Jazz and Bellydance Psych to Armenian Org Stompers, Lebanese '60s Garage and Latin-Tarab.
