This particular event is a workshop designed to enable participants to examine complex issues concerning identity, tolerance and discrimination.
The aim is to allow participants to move beyond understanding the issues, and tackle the underlying causes behind the occurrence of hate crime, such as myths and stereotypes, while demonstrating the consequences of discrimination.
These activities also target assumptions and invite participants to take responsibility for their own behaviour and perpetuation of stereotyping.
Diversity, inclusion, and power dynamics in society are also emphasized and analysed.
