Overview

We're all about children AND practitioners having the tools, confidence, rituals and skills from an early age to approach risk later in life

Through embedded rituals including silent sitting meditations, BSL, storytelling, critical enquiry and more, our lesson modules provide ample opportunity to flex social and emotional skills for life. While we cover a vast array of content, values and themes over a two-year spiral curriculum, it isn't about knowledge transmission. It's about giving children the space and teachers the confidence to figure out complex things like managing BIG feelings, negotiating sharing, injustice and much, much more. Practising socially and emotionally habits from the earliest age puts children in the best position to navigate consent and healthy relationships later in life.

This webinar will explain the skills-rich approach to our programme The BIG 5.

Primary schools in England will find this webinar valuable for addressing the guiding principles of the new RSHE Guidance 2025, specifically "positivity" and "relevant and responsive" and "skilled delivery of participative education".

Participants have the opportunity of a free 2-week trial of The Big 5 programme once they have attended the webinar.
