The Scottish Government has declared a Global Climate Emergency and is committed to doing what is needed to limit global temperature rises.

We're holding a Big Climate Conversation in Tranent to give our community's views on how Scotland can respond to the Global Climate Emergency.

The purpose of the event is to:

  • think about climate change as a human rights issue.
