What to expect:
Together in small groups we’ll vote on the most pressing change challenges we’re working on in 2025, and co-create change plans to tackle them – generating knowledge which we can take them back to the organisations we work in to create more positive change experiences.

You vote what you want to work on – this could be the best ways to support leaders to build their change leadership capability through to setting up a complex transformation programme for success.

What’s the canvas approach?

The canvas is a time-boxed, structured discussion format designed to help groups co-create plans in real time.

Participants capture ideas, perspectives and priorities on sticky notes – physical or digital – and place them on shared canvases.

These become conversation starters for facilitated group dialogue, helping participants align on what matters most and co-create a clear, actionable way forward.

This process builds clarity, ownership and momentum. It can be delivered face-to-face or virtually.
