The Big Cwtch Summer Party is raising money for the local organisation 'Ski 4 All Wales' a team providing adults with physical, visual and neurological disabilitiess with the opportunity to experience skiing and learn new skills as part of their rehabilitation programme.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Photo ID regarding the age of adults and children and NUS or ISICS membership for students attending may be requested at the box office.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Adult. All Childrens tickets must be booked alongside a full adult or concession ticket.
The minum age for camping at The Big Cwtch is 18.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
A large stewarded car park is available at the venue. Mainline trains run to the nearest towns of Llandeillo and Llandovery. Taxis can be booked at these locations. Limited local bus service.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No Alcohol/Food or Drinks will be allowed into the site. You are welcome to bring your picnic blankets but please support our wonderful food and drink partners and help raise vital funds for our charity.
Can I bring my dog ?
Unfortunately no dogs will be allowed on the event site.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are non transferable
Can I refund my ticket?
Tickets will not be refunded in any circumstances, other than the total cancellation of the event, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
Can we camp at The Big Cwtch?
Yes. We have a limted number of camping options on site which can be pre-booked with your ticket. This is a green field site and as such there is no electric plug in.
The campsite will be open from 9am on Saturday, 13th September until 1pm on Sunday, 14th September.
Toilet and water facilities, wil be available but NO showers. A number of our fabulous food friends will be serving breakfast and hot drinks to campers on Sunday morning.
The Big Cwtch tent only camp site has no vehicle access and is a short walk from the main Big Cwtch car park and stage areas. Wheelbarrows and helpers will be available at the main entrance next to the wrist band collection area for campers to move kit to the site.
We also have a limited number of sites for pre-booked motor homes and caravans which will be located in the main car park area.
All camping must be pre-booked as space is limited and available on a first booked basis.. No Alcohol is allowed in the tent only site. Please be aware of our lovely neighbours both two and four legged and also help us protect our beautiful site and local countryside by taking all your litter and kit home.
Please use the recycling bins provided which will be located throughout the site.
