Get ready for the ultimate fitness showdown at The Big HIIT Event! Taking place outdoors at Garage Gym, this high-energy team event is open to both members and non-members.

You'll be split into two teams and pushed to your limits through fast-paced circuits, fun competition, and serious sweat.

Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and endurance in a format designed to challenge every fitness level. Individually, you will rotate through 1-minute activity rounds with short breaks between, taking on 10 different exercises per circuit.

After every full rotation, the teams will come together to face off in exciting challenges to score points. The event ends with a mass team event to determine the winning team!

Sign-On:
• Sign in from 9:00am – 9:45am
• Scan your Eventbrite ticket
• Draw your team colour at random on arrival (Green or Pink!)

Event Format:
• 1-minute activity rounds with 20-second rest
• Rotate stations every round
• 4 full circuits of 10 exercises
• Team challenge after each rotation

Activities Include:
Battle ropes, squat jumps, dumbbell presses, burpees, plate carries, sit-ups, kettlebell swings, wall balls, rowing/ski-erg sprints & ball slams.

Team Challenges (5 points each):
Including head to head challenges, last man standing and a mass team challenge to round off the event!
