The Big PMDD Conversation with The PMDD Project
Welcome to The Big PMDD Conversation with The PMDD Project, hosted by the National Centre for Mental Health! Join us online for an insightful and supportive discussion about Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) - a severe, often misunderstood condition that affects many individuals worldwide.
This event aims to:
- Raise awareness about PMDD and current research
- Share resources and lived experiences
- Answer your questions in a safe, inclusive space
Whether you're living with PMDD, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, this is a valuable opportunity to connect, be heard, and be informed.
We’ll also be sharing information about the PreDDICT study, a major research project aiming to better understand PMDD and improve future diagnosis and treatment options. If you’re eligible, you can learn how to take part in the study and contribute to vital research that could help shape the future of PMDD care.
The National Centre for Mental Health is based at Cardiff University. Find out more: ncmh.info
