A festival in the heart of Lawrenny, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Spread over an amazing site with views over the Cleddau Estuary, this is where Lawrenny castle once stood.
The Festival aims to inspire you to feel good about life - reconnect with yourself and nature. Leave relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.
Areas for you to explore and enjoy include Mindfulness sessions, Wellness Workshops, Live Music,Foodie Workshops, Creative Craft Workshops, Fitness workshops, Outdoor Activities that take you offsite to explore the waters and surrounding areas, Historical Walks led by folks in the know about the area and it's amazing legacy. The workshops and activities taking place through the weekend include art classes, life coaching, foraging, guided walks, wood-carving, chocolate making, gin workshops, massages**, kayaking**, boat trips, guided historical adventures to nearby castles to explore the local myths and legends. There will be a wide variety of well-being classes including Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Barreconcept, Mundo and many more.
We are Family Friendly - so come and enjoy all the Festival has to offer. Our only restriction is that under 14's are not allowed in the Fitness classes -- so instead we will arrange some Kids Yoga, Kids Zumba and other entertainments for them to enjoy.
We are working with local suppliers to provide fresh organic food throughout the weekend - from pizza, curry to lobster! Something for everyone we hope.
Various musical acts and entertainment will run from afternoon through to the evenings. Feel free to bring your own guitar or ukele - songs around a campfire.
We have the loos & warm showers all sorted! Cosy camping area and glamping bell tents too* - lush!
Fire pits will be dotted around the site for you to cook up your own grub - and of course plenty of cosy camp fires to keep warm through the evenings.
A full timetable will be released early May 2017. The weekend is yours to pick and choose - book on as many sessions as you would like.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? We are family friendly. Under 14's can come for Free and 14 - 17 year olds have their own concession ticket. Under 14's will not have access to the fitness & wellness classes but there will be kids yoga, kids zumba and other childrens entertainment. We may ask to see ID's to verify ages of under 14's
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? We have a private car park (in an old walled garden next to the Camping Site) for up to 185 cars. Or if you don't fancy driving, come by Train -- nearest station is Narberth. Let us know if you plan to do this and we will arrange a shuttle bus to collect you on Friday and deliver you back there on Monday (£10 fee)
What can/can't I bring to the event? Pack your sense of adventure, a fitness mat (though these will be available to buy on site too), a jumper or two (it might get chilly), waterproofs (it might rain) and some some sun cream (it might be sunny). May weather is normally lovely down here but it pays to be prepared. Bring a swimming costume - if not for an open water swim then may be a treat in a hot tub?! Don't bring the dog, cat or any other pet - much as we love them, this event is not for them.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to Amber Rich on 07973373833
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? No - your ticket's for you -- you know it'll do you good! Seriously -- the tickets are not refundable or transferable but if something happens, please contact us with the name of the person who is taking your place.
Can I update my registration information? Yes
