Is there a minimum standard for the run?

Absolutely not, everyone is welcome irrespective of running ability!

Anything you bring is at your own risk, but there will be someone waiting at the start/lap point with any waters/bags that you want to leave there.

Will the event still happen if it rains?

Yes, we will be there rain or shine! If the weather is very bad then we may shorten the route, but we'll just put on our waterproofs and brave it! Bags will be kept dry during the run.

What is the typical age range of attendees?

We welcome attendees of all ages! The majority of attendees at our events are aged 25-40, but we still welcome people outside of this range.
