Is the event FREE to attend

Yes. We do not want any barriers to attendance for this vital business resource. However, we also have a Champions ticket for those who wish to support the cause.

Who should attend?

The private and public sector are welcome. At the beginning of your journey or not. Large corporations to SMEs. Non profit to charity. Any professional looking to educate themselves and learn about solutions to reduce their environmental footprint and the cost of running their organisation.

Where is the event located?

We are located at the prestige Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl. The hotel in the grounds of Hampshire Cricket with its ease of road and rail routes.

Where can I park?

Although we encourage public transport and car share, there is free parking on site. When you arrive instead of turning immediately left into the hotel you drive straight ahead and a large gravel car park is located on your right hand side after you have driven through the open gate.

Is the event only for large companies?

Not at all. The event is for every organisation. Having an environmental strategy is imperative and cannot be ignored. Therefore, we have not ignored the needs of any business no matter size or sector. Come along and meet warm, friendly and enthusiastic people ready and willing to get you started.

Will there be expert speakers?

Yes. And they speak your language. This is for professionals and businesses and not a university lecture. The idea is you go away inspired and with knowledge to act on it.

Doors open 10.00 am and close is 3.30 pm. The bookable networking drinks reception followed by the awards ceremony starts at 4.30 pm.

Where is The Big Sustainability Awards 2025 held?

The Awards will be held in the third section of the ballroom of the Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl. The same venue as The Big Sustainability Expo 2025 and will begin from the close of the Expo from 4.30pm.
