We are located at the prestige Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl. The hotel in the grounds of Hampshire Cricket with its ease of road and rail routes.
Although we encourage public transport and car share, there is free parking on site. When you arrive instead of turning immediately left into the hotel you drive straight ahead and a large gravel car park is located on your right hand side after you have driven through the open gate.

Doors open 10.00 am and close is 3.30 pm. The bookable networking drinks reception followed by the awards ceremony starts at 4.30 pm.
The Awards will be held in the third section of the ballroom of the Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl. The same venue as The Big Sustainability Expo 2025 and will begin from the close of the Expo from 4.30pm.
