The Big Switch: British Gas to Corona Energy - At West Lancashire Council
Tuesday, 17 January 2017 from 10:00 to 15:00 (GMT)
The Big Switch:
British Gas to Corona Energy
At West Lancashire Council
Our new gas framework with Corona Energy is available for public sector customers to access for their supply of natural gas from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2021, and many customers have already returned their contracts. The framework offers a fully-compliant route to deliver highly competitive pricing, allied to Corona’s excellent customer service reputation and a suite of useful web tools for account management.
To help customers with the transition from the existing British Gas contract to the new Corona one, we are hosting a series of regional engagement days in January 2017. The agenda for the day is still being finalised, but will be packed with useful information for customers to help ensure that the process is smooth and presents minimal issues.
Topics for discussion will include:
- Formation and management of billing groups
- Options around billing
- Data management
- EDI data processing
- Interactive sessions with the MyCorona web tools
We want the day to give you all the information you need to ensure that the switch to Corona progresses as
smoothly as possible.
Places are limited, so please register your attendance as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you there.
We are also holding this event at the following venues:
- Lancashire Fire & Rescue - 18th January
- North Yorkshire County Council - 19th January
- YPO Head Office - Wakefield - 24th & 25th January
- Corona Energy Head Office - Watford - 26th January
