The Jubilee Hall event will be judging The Best Injera Competition. This dish is largely cooked and eaten by Eritreans and Ethiopians. But anyone is allowed to submit their own Injera dish. Go to AfrikanFoodHall.Com for details

The Jubilee Hall event will also be judging The Best Caribbean Rum Cake which is largely baked and eaten by African-Caribbean communities but anyone is allowed to submit a cake. You have to be 18 or over

For people who just want to come along and soak up the atmosphere then they are welcome.
