Founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, Nikka has risen to become Japan's second largest distiller, producing a wide range of single malts as well as their impressive blended whisky range. Nikka has won numerous awards (including 6 IWSC gold medals in 2015) and has won fans all over the world.
Enjoy delicious a delicious Japanese inspired menu from The Plough, matched with four fine whiskies from Nikka for this decadent celebration.
- 'One bite' Crab Crostini With Mango, Avocado & salsa
- Beef Tartare With Capers, Crostini & Garlic. Served With A Small Green Salad
- Crispy Duck Leg With Braised Lentil & Smoked Dried Plums

7:15pm - Head upstairs to the private dining room of The Plough for your first whisky of the night and a welcome from Nikka Whisky.
7:30pm - 9:30pm - Enjoy an excellent three course meal with a Japanese twist (vegetarian option available), expertly matched with whiskies from the Nikka range. As you're enjoying your meal, learn more about these drams and the fascinating history of the brand.
9:30pm - Although the meal is over, please feel free to stick around. Anything you were afraid to ask? Grab our resident expert and have all of your queries answered.

No refunds or transfers. Event is strictly over 18's Only. If you're lucky enough to look under 25, please bring your relevant photo ID to the event with you. Tickets are sent in e-ticket format. Please bring a print out of these or have them ready on your phone/tablet for scanning on the day.
