London’s cabaret trailblazers are bringing some old school glitz & glamour to the Hippodrome Casino!
London’s favourite purrrveyors of theatrical cabaret spectaculars, The Black Cat Cabaret, has announced its second appearance at London’s historic Hippodrome Casino, Leicester Square!
In-keeping with the Black Cat’s dark and daring style of entertainment, guests can expect to catch a glimpse of vintage Montmartre - encountering high-kicking showgirls, jaw-dropping acrobats, comics, street singers, live music and a fire-breathing goddess along the way.
The show is a who’s who of London’s cabaret scene. “Compère beyond compare” Dusty Limits presides, accompanied by Cabaret Rouge - The Black Cat’s resident showgirl dynamos. The show also features performances from cabaret superstar Sarah-Louise Young, international acrobat daredevils Nathan & Isis, gentleman juggler Florian Brooks, murder ballad chanteuse Carla Lippis and burlesque siren Missy Fatale.
Since its formation in 2012, The Black Cat troupe has appeared at many of London’s most revered variety spots, from Cafe de Paris and Hotel Café Royal, to the London Wonderground at Southbank Centre, leaving a trail of glittering debauchery in their wake. Don’t miss the opportunity to see them in the glorious and historic Matcham Room for the very first time!

2016 saw London's cabaret trailblazers go from strength to strength, with more Salon des Artistes dates, a sell-out summer run at the SouthBank Centre and Brighton Fringe, and an Autumn season of "Supper Club" pop-ups back in the West End.
The Black Cat Cabaret draws inspiration from the absinthe-soaked heyday of Montmartre’s dark and daring cabaret underworld, and from the faded glamour of the Victorian Decadent movement.
The Black Cat Cabaret is a place to encounter modern performance in all its wondrous forms - from the sacred to the profane, the lyrical to the louche - with walkabout entertainment, fine dining and a spectacular and provocative stage show taking in cabaret and burlesque speciality acts. It's where London's revellers come to rub shoulders and purr, as the elusive eponymous feline watches from the shadows...
