The Black Country STP - Better Health & Care for people across the Black Country and West Birmingham

This is a public briefing event for anyone within the Black Country and West Birmingham, who would like to find out more about local Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs); In particular, the Black Country STP.
For the vast majority who may not be familiar with STPs: Every health and social care system in England must produce a Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP), showing how local services will evolve and become sustainable over the next five years, in order to best meet the needs of local communities. NHS Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) on behalf of its 18 partner organisations, would like to invite local patients and the public to join them to find out more about this important transformational agenda and the development of Health and Social Care services:

Share in the journey to date and how CCGs and their partners we will continue to deliver high quality health and care services to people across the Black Country
This is a Black Country wide event, therefore we have allocated 40 places to each area within the Black Country.
